The other day myself and a couple of the other people on this website were very hungry by the time we had finished coding our heart and souls into what is essentially a WordPress blog.
We decided that, instead of going home and saving money (being students this would have been wise), that we’d go to an expensive restaurant on the Brayford waterfront instead. We got all the way to Wagamama‘s before we realised that this wouldn’t be the best thing for me, because I don’t like Chinese food.
So we ended up going to Ask Italian, which I knew I’d like because I’ve been to the one in Nottingham, and who doesn’t like Italian food, right?
Anyway, it was quite nice. A bit empty, but then again we were eating at 4pm in the afternoon.
It is also immediately obvious to anyone that they hire all of their employees on the basis of “how Italian they look”, but that’s fine.
I had a very large pizza which was rectangular shaped and it was nice. It had pepperoni and tomato and cheese on it, alongside olives and other things. The other two had a circular pizza and some pasta between them, very Italian.
Basically, it’s all fine, and if you’re an NUS Extra member then you get 25% off, which is really good.
