There is only one cinema in Lincoln…well that’s a lie.In fact Lincoln has two cinemas, on Odeon and The Ritz. Today, we are reviewing the lovely Odeon cinema with the Costa and the Ben and Jerry’s on the side.

The Odeon  has  9 screens, parking, Ben and Jerry’s, Costa and other restaurants surrounding it on the Brayford Wharf.

They do special screenings such as Senior Screening (which is fab to be in because sometimes you might hear the classic Nokia phone go off in the middle of the film). They have a Newbies and a Kids Pocket Money screening which the parents can take their children to…which you all must be too old for (tough luck).

Most cinemas give you the luxury of being able to sit wherever you want but Lincoln’s Odeon is just ever so fabulous it gives us seat numbers. Why!? Why would you even do that? Honestly, why!? We don’t want to spend about five minutes trying to work out where our seat is and what kind of person we will be sitting next to.

However, if the queue at the ticket line gets too big, you can always go to the grub section and get your tickets there as well as food all at the same time. Isn’t that brilliant!? (No sarcasm there intended).

The one thing we would recommend is to get an Odeon points card because one day all the points may add up to a free screening or food. (You know Valentine ’s Day is coming up so why not save up those points and only actually pay for a ticket? We like to keep you in the know).
