Yeah yeah so fashion is a big thing. Did you know that? No? Well then where have you been?
2013 has shown many fashion trends. Some quite nice: i.e. pastel coloured coats for example. Some not so nice and some that are so horrendous you want to bludgeon yourself in the head: i.e. wedge trainers. We’ll be covering vile fashion trends of the past year in an upcoming post, so keep an eye out if you want a chuckle.

There’s nothing better than Christmas TV. No seriously, there really isn’t. Yeah yeah a lot of it is absolute crap but that’s the joy of the festive season. As an avid crap TV watcher myself (when I get the chance) I’ll tell you about the joyful showings on Channel 4 for Christmas Eve and Christmas day (be prepared for the utmost excitement)…
Christmas, it’s a time of joy and goodwill to all men and woman. Obviously anyone who says this has never experienced shopping in the seasonal period.
I for one don’t usually mind Christmas shopping, or so I think, until I actually go… This happens every year. I think “ooh” I’ll go to look in so and so in town and then immediately regret ever leaving the house.
As you may already know, throughout the Christmas period Lincoln and That are reviewing all the best Christmas films (yes, ALL the BEST Christmas films).
After a long search on YouTube I came across what I was searching for. Second Star to the Left is a film I vaguely remember from being about eight or nine. All I can remember was that it involved a rabbit, guinea pig and hamster who had to deliver a present.
The film itself is only 29 minutes long, so I decided to sit down and see if young Alice had good taste. It turns out it wasn’t too bad…
A hot bath during winter is one of the most luxurious things. Coming in from the cold at Christmas time and having a good soak surrounded by bubbles. I can’t think of anything better and yes that is the girliest thing I’ve ever said…

Yep, it’s that time of the year again. The time where you scrounge every last penny out of your purse for presents for your family and friends.
Secret Santa is something which is becoming more common each year. It’s easier than getting everyone a present and can be quite fun. With Secret Santa, you write everyone’s names on a piece of paper, scrunch them up and randomly pick one. Then you have to buy something for that person without conferring with anyone else.
Ho, ho ho. It’s the first of December and all that (no really, it is).
All over the world in various households Christmas trees and decorations will have gone up, and the first little window on the Advent calender has been opened.
Hopefully all of you are jolly Christmas people like the folks who have already donned their trees. If not then shame on you, Scrooges.
